Organizer and purpose
This website is operated by Asociația Culturală Concerto, a Romanian non-profit legal entity, tax ID 31485267, registered in the special register of Bucharest District 1 Court under no. 60/28.03.2013. Contributions are voluntary and support cultural activities, music education, preparation and artists’ participation in association events. They are not financial investments, membership fees or ticket purchases and do not offer a financial return. We do not promise automatic tax relief or deductibility.
An invitation is a separate, optional request: choose No or an upcoming event. It is emailed only after organizer confirmation and subject to seats. A contribution does not automatically reserve a seat or guarantee a particular event.
Amount, frequency and confirmation
Choose 10–10,000 RON, once or monthly. Check the amount and frequency before authorizing payment with Stripe. Monthly support charges the same amount each month until cancelled; the processor manages any retries for failed payments. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion terms.
We confirm contributions after verifying payment and send the related email. A delayed email does not mean payment failed; check your statement and contact us before repeating payment. Payment confirmation is not, by itself, proof of tax deductibility or a Romanian tax invoice. Supporting documents are provided according to the transaction and applicable law; contact us to request them.
Cancelling monthly support
Open the confirmation and preferences link in your email, then Manage monthly support. In the Stripe portal you can stop renewals; cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period, without a new charge for the next period. If the link expires or is lost, request a new link on the support page or ask the association by email.
Cancelling renewals does not automatically refund earlier payments. Unsubscribing from updates is separate and does not stop monthly support.
Refunds and complaints
Under our support policy, you may request a contribution refund within 14 days of payment without giving a reason. Report duplicate, erroneous or unrecognized charges at any time. Write from the contribution email with date, amount and reference, never the full card number. Also contact your bank about an unauthorized charge.
We normally respond within 5 working days. After verification and acceptance, we initiate the refund within 14 days through the original payment method; statement timing depends on the processor and bank. For partial refunds we communicate the amount and effect on an approved invitation; a full refund makes the related invitation inactive. A refund request does not itself cancel recurring support: specify if you also want it stopped.
This policy does not restrict mandatory statutory rights. Please contact us first for an amicable resolution; competent authorities and courts remain available. Romanian law applies, subject to mandatory protections.
Events, content and updates
Program, venue and performers may change, or an event may be rescheduled/cancelled. We update the page and, where possible, notify people with approved invitations. General contributions support the project; if a change affects your intention to support it, contact us for a solution or refund. Renewals after an event do not automatically issue new invitations.
Materials are presented for cultural and informational purposes. Do not republish them without the necessary rights. Contact the association about content or use of a person’s image. The terms accepted at payment remain applicable to that transaction; future changes are published here and do not retrospectively reduce acquired rights.
